Aubrey Johnson

Prior to founding Hey Babs, Aubrey held key leadership roles in non-profit, fortune 500 publicly traded companies, real estate investment trusts, and private equity backed organizations. Her most recent role was Deputy Director for a large non-profit organization supporting the growth of international exports for agribusinesses in the 13 Western United States and 2 U.S Territories. She has 10+ years of experience as a General Manager of multi-unit operations in the business-to-business industry.

Aubrey has the unique ability to visualize how an organization needs to be designed and operated to deliver strategy. She has the tenacity and structured thinking to implement this work and integrate the people, processes and systems. She is a passionate servant leader who thrives in cultivating transformational growth in companies and in people. 

She is grounded in personal core values of being honest, fair, and kind in all situations. Aubrey takes great pride in consistently performing at a high level, expanding her knowledge, and investing in others to support their growth and development. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Portland State University.

Her personal purpose is to encourage, love and equip others to believe in possibilities.
